Just completing these with our Christmas projects! We used the tempra sticks instead of paint and my students are in love

In this Santa Art Project, students create a mixed media Santa using oil pastels and paint, and the finished pieces make a cheerful Christmas bulletin board display. It is a festive way to celebrate the season before the holiday break.

The low-prep lesson works for elementary and middle school classrooms, homeschoolers, sub plans or a Christmas party activity, and it adjusts for different age levels while teaching mixed media techniques.
