★★★★★This was soo much fun to recreate with my students. It was easy, step by step, to help students follow along. Their projects turned out so cute. I am going to use it with some of my lower levels next because it was so much fun. THANKS!

This Fall Fox Art Lesson is an autumn animal art project for grades 1 to 4. Students create a cozy fox character with a scarf, facial details, falling leaves and a textured autumn background.
Along the way they explore animal drawing, shape, line, texture, layering and artistic decision making. The lesson comes with a warm-up hook, an autumn reading page, a rubric, reflections, peer feedback and an artist statement, so it works for art teachers, classroom teachers, homeschool families and sub plans.
