ART TEACHERS MAKIN’ ART VIRTUAL WORKSHOP:

Well my lovely friends, I am oh so excited to share with you all about this virtual workshop that I am hosting FOR FREE for you! It is called “Art Teachers Makin’ Art”. In this workshop we’re going to be creating 2 amazing art lessons that you can use during Back to School or anytime during the school year. Join me and get Back to School ready with some new art techniques and art lesson ideas in your tool kit! It is officially time to supercharge your creativity and get inspired for creating art with kids!

My lovely friend, this is going to be an epic workshop that you can work on at your own pace during the week that it is available to you! It is pre-recorded so you can hit play and create with me! Once registered I’ll let you know what mediums you should have on hand for the creation process, then once it’s show time, I’ll send you the link to the workshop and you can open that link on a day and time that works for you. Just make sure you open the link during the 2 weeks that it is available, or you might miss it altogether!

There is nothing to lose and it is completely free to register! As well, this is a great way to get a sense of my style of creating art and video tutorials before the Artastic Collective Membership opens for enrollment starting August 3rd, 2021. Consider this another sample of my work to help inform your decision to enroll. I know that if you become a member you can consider you 2021-2022 year fully planned. It is a sure-fire way to plan quickly, teach confidently, and encourage creativity in your classroom! It is a perfect way to say buh-bye to planning and prepping on evenings and weekends and saying hello to having your life back! Teaching IS amazing but life is also about being you, having time for a hobby or passion, or investing your time in your furbabies or family. Or travel. Or anything else other than lesson planning. Enjoy the teaching part of the job and I’ll help you with the rest!

WHAT ART PROJECTS WILL WE BE CREATING?

Well, you might be wondering what we’re going to create! Good news, we’re going to be diving into playing with both soft pastels and oil pastels for BOTH these projects! It’s going to be GREAT!

The first project will be an artwork featuring a Pencil! We will be exploring creating a pencil themed art project with both pastels in this project.

For the second art lesson, we will be playing with some soft pastels and oil pastels to make a lovely paintbrush artwork!

Both of these art lessons will help you start your year off with a bang and you will be entering Back to School with 2 art lessons ready to go, both of which explore pastels in a new way! How cool is that? You’re kids are going to be ecstatic about using these fun mediums that often we don’t get to play with, especially together. So it’s time to get messy and make some art!
