These 40 Summer Art Lesson Challenge Cards bring summer themes into art practice in your classroom, homeschool or art studio. Each prompt combines seasonal inspiration with the Elements of Art, art-making and drawing skills, and creative experimentation, in a choice-based, flexible learning approach.
Each challenge sits on a half-page, so students can finish one in a short amount of time and you can print double-sided to save paper. Use one a day for a month of summer art practice, or pick the cards that match your current theme or project.
